Careers

Work that matters.A team that notices.

We are a small, senior team — which means the work you do is visible, the problems are real, and the decisions land on the product directly. No layers. No theatre.

How we work

01

Small by design

We stay small on purpose. Every engineer on the team works directly with the client and with the system — nothing is handed off.

02

Ownership, not tasks

You own the outcome of what you build, from architecture through deployment. That means more responsibility and more latitude.

03

No on-call surprises

Everything we ship is monitored and maintained. When something breaks, we know about it before the client does — and we fix it properly.

04

Continuous learning

The stack evolves. We make time for it, fund it, and treat keeping current as part of the job — not something done on personal time.
